Located in the Hautes-Alpes region, at the heart of the Buëch Country, between the alpine mountain and Provence, Veynes is a middle-sized, friendly, tourist city. Campsite "Les Rives du Lac" lays next to the 5.5-ha lake Les Iscles, which offers the pleasure of lazing around and water activities (swimming, paddle boats, fishing.) Life guards are on duty all summer long. In the campsite itself, one can find a children’s playground, a restaurant, a swimming pool. People can play soccer, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong and boules.
